The Wine
Our first Botrytis Semillon, lovely rich intense flavours of apricot and marmalade with a clean finish.

Winemaking
Hand picked in late May at 18 degrees beaume from a Myrrhee vineyard this botrytis infected Semillon was barrel fremented until fermintation ceased naturally and was left on lees for a further 8 months prior to bottling.

Viticulture
Sourced from a vineyard at Myrrhee.
