Sam Miranda Verduzzo 2014

THIS VINTAGE HAS SOLD OUT!

The Wine
Aromas of citrus and lime blossom with a textural and classic varietal chalky phenolic on the palate. This variety has a reputation for being a red wine drinkers white! Suited to a wide range of fuller flavoured meals and ripe cheese.

Winemaking
The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed, chilled, and the free-run and very gentle juice pressings were separated, settled overnight and the clean juice fermented to dryness in stainless steel, at approximately 12 degrees Celsius, using a specially selected aromatic yeast.

Viticulture
Grown at the base of Mt Buffalo in the pristine Alpine Valley. A variety that originates from the North East Italian Veneto region whose climate and topography is very similar to that of North Eastern Victoria.
